Welcome to the NeuroThrive Community Hub
A space to feel connected, supported, and not alone.
You don’t need to post, join groups, or keep up with anything.
This is a gentle, low-pressure space to explore, feel seen, and connect in your own way.
Ways to Feel Connected
🌱 You Are Not Alone
Sometimes the most powerful thing is simply knowing others are walking a similar path.
Parenting can be hard.
Sleep can be unpredictable.
Every child is different.
You are doing better than you think.
💛 Stories From Our Community
“We thought we were the only ones struggling with sleep… we weren’t.”
“Things didn’t get easier overnight, but they did get better.”
“I stopped trying to do everything ‘right’ and started doing what worked for us.”
🌊 Everyday Moments
Not everything needs to be fixed.
Some days are smooth.
Some days are messy.
Some days are just about getting through.
All of that is normal.
📍 Our Community
NeuroThrive Australia is based in Melbourne, and we are building a supportive, inclusive community both locally and beyond.
Even if you never attend anything, you are part of this.
Gentle Ways to Engage
If you want to connect, you can:
Follow along on social media Attend a session when it feels right Reach out to us privately Support the community in your own way
There is no pressure and no expectation.
A Safe Space
We believe community should feel:
Calm — not overwhelming
Supportive — not critical
Inclusive — not exclusive
Real — not perfect
A Note From NeuroThrive
This isn’t a loud space.
It’s a quiet one.
A place you can come back to when you need a reminder:
You’re not behind.
You’re not failing.
You’re not alone.
Share Your Voice
We are currently supporting a student-led project from Tintern Grammar exploring how students with ADHD experience studying outside the classroom.
If you are a secondary student with ADHD, you are invited to share your experience through a short, anonymous survey.
Your input will help inform a student design project aimed at improving focus and study support.
This survey is completely optional and anonymous.
