NeuroThrive Australia is a registered charity governed by an independent board of directors who volunteer their time and expertise.
Our board ensures compliance with all legal, financial, and reporting obligations under the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC).
The board meets regularly to review strategic goals, risk management, and organisational performance. All major decisions are made collectively and recorded in accordance with our constitution.
Financial Stewardship
We manage our resources responsibly to maximise community impact.
Our Treasurer oversees all financial operations, supported by independent review processes and adherence to the Australian Accounting Standards for not-for-profit entities.
Annual reports, governance documents, and key policies are available upon request to ensure transparency and public confidence in our operations.
